I ordered a "free sample" of ACAI weightloss formula for $1.99 plus shipping. A week later they charged my card $149.95 not authorized. I tried calling them and got an answering service in India. They just kept reading me prepared scripts and refused a refund. I reported it as a fraud to Chase Bank. Chase credited my account for the $149.95. Two days later the company issued a partial refund of $74.95. As a result Chase canceled their credit in full. Now I am still out the other half of the refund of $74.95.
