This company was informed of a huge wasp nest located at least 30 feet up in a roof eave. They came out, sprayed the nest and left a note that they didn't have a ladder tall enough to knock down the nest but they did kill the wasps. When I called them to remove the entire nest as agreed upon in the original call, they said it would be an additional cost because of the height and location of nest. I ended up scraping the nest off myself. This is a classic example of bait and switch. They charged me full price, and left me to get rid of the nest. OR they would come back out for an additional fee to remove the unsightly nest!! read full review »
