This is the 2nd complaint I have put in on Empire Today. They required me to put down a deposit of $50.00 which the salesman said was refundable if I had to cancel. Well, I did cancel within the allotted time period and was told my deposit would be mail within 10-15 days after that date. It has been a month since that call. I contacted them again twice after that and was told the check had been mailed the first time and that someone would call me the second time. I have received no check and no one has contacted me.
