I called Ronco company customer service line today regarding miracle blade III knife handle had broke loose in addition to the on the scissors in the set. Ronco's 100% lifetime warrant required me to pay shipping, handling and TAX!!!, which ended up being 20% of what I had originally paid for the entire set of knives. They were rude and unwavering.
