I sold my Honda last year and thought it got registered from the buyer I found on Craigslist. I got notified of the Lein Sale but I ignored it because it wasn't mine anymore. I then received a $2, 000.00 tow bill from Rickenbacker. I was shocked! I did some research, spoke to a few people of what I can do. Unfortuneatly I gave the buyer all the paperwork and can't prove I sold it before the tow date. I found someone that knew how to get out of the debt alltogether.
