I have always disliked Charter Internet but when we moved it was the only option. A rude technician comes to our home 2 hours early without warning. The entire time he is on a bluetooth headset chatting away. When he needs something he is practically screaming at your face. He interrupted 2 important phone calls just to ask where certain computers are situated (and he was already told!) Then he informs us "they can't run ethernet as it is against 'the code.'" Really?
