While Tucson.BBB.org rates American Home Maintenance, Inc A+ my experience with the company is much less. A service call was arranged via Home Depot for repair of my HVAC system. The problem was diagnosed to a faulty blower motor relay. The relay price was quoted at $379 and would not be replaced without a $249 cleaning. The problem was miss diagnosed and the retail price of the relay is $45 to $50. read full review »
