I bought a cell phone from best buy. The manufacturer is motorola. After three months of owning the phone the speaker stopped working. I tried returning the phone to best buy. The carrier is boost mobile and they don't do exchanges and because the carrier is boost best buy couldn't exchange the phone. So the best buy associate called motorola. Motorola said that I would have to pay to send the phone to them so they could try and repair it. So in the mean time I would be without a cell phone.
