I paid cash for products and was charged on a target card also. I was not informed by the associate that my purcase would be put on a target card in order to receive 10% dicount and the associate charged the card and also took my cash. I did not know the card was charged until two months later when I received a bill. I filed a dispute with the target stores and went to the store where I made my purchase and the manager said she would look into it through the video at the store, then she came back and told me she couldn't go back that far... read full review »
