I had exactly the same problem with Wentworth Direct - I saw their advert "No Obligation Application" and thought i would see if i could get approved for the loan. Anyways i turned down the loan only to find come payday that they had deducted £59 from my account without informing me or getting my authorisation. This was 4 weeks ago. Everyday for the last 4 weeks i have sent them the same letter of complaint to both of the addresses they are registered to.
