I have a technicianwhoese id is 0796672. he always does a great job and goes above and beyond what he should. he is the only reason i use sears . their scheduling people are impolite and speak very broken english and are not intrested in helping you. if the scheduling people do not improve i will start using other stores and their warrenty departments. we now have lowes and home depot and they want our buisness and are always trying to help, while sears attatude from the scheduling people is do it my way or forget it. read full review »
