When complaining in the "write a review" secton regarding two carpet cleaning businesses in Olympia, WA, I discovered that, two weeks later, newer reviews were included with that business but not mine. Whether true or not, I couldn't say, but it sure looks like the businesses get to decide what reviews they'd like to keep. Not exactly a good system, not fair to those who want to consider reviews when determining what business to use. read full review »
