RIP OFF, ABSOLUE CRIMINAL This contractor is the most dishonest contractor I have ever met. We had paid for services from him and he took our money and ran. He does not return our phone calls and now we have to take him to our local magistrate office located in Beechview PA. He and his wife are in on the scam of taking people's money, even when he sighn's a contract. STAY AWAY FROM R&N CONSTRUCTION OR RICHARD NODD GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES.
