We purchased two scooters from All New Sports for $800.00 each and put full warranty package on both scooters for the life of the scooters. We were even told that the warranties were transferrable if we ever sold. The key broke and so did the cables so we connected the company and they advised us that we never took out warranty. the price paid and the waranty cost should be enough to prove that we got this additional benefit. We were told at the time that they don't provide paperwork that everything is done over the computer. I believed them and now we can't buy parts for these scooters anywhere and we have 2 broken scooters. Need help!!! read full review »
