I too searched for the survey to save $10 and was not able to find any survey, our customer service we received was awful at the lafayette, in store, we had to special order football cleats and the boy who helped us acted like we was just wasting his time, not friendly at all and the cashier had no idea how to check out a special order and I was told I only had to pay 1/2 when I ordered and the other half when it came in but when I went to check out I had to pay for all of it. read full review »
