On 9/5/09, I purchased items at WalMart located at 1725 New Hope Church Rd., Raleigh, NC. Upon reaching home it was discovered that I was charged twice for one product (overcharge was $2.68). I did not return to WalMart until 9/8/09 to resolve the overcharge but was advised by their customer service department that "unless the overcharge was resolved on the "date of purchase" the money could not be returned. Their store nor webisite has any company policies posted, regarding overcharges. read full review »
