On the 1st of June, 2010 I sent the following to Better Business Bureau. After filing that, and 10 days of emailing the company every single day, the company agreed to settle for half the remaining balance. You may be able to do better, but for $180 I was not willing to risk them causing credit problems for me. I just received my acknowledgement letter from them, so for me this case is now closed.
