Verizon in souther Maryland sent a technician to my home, WITHOUT my request or knowledge, and "forced" my home phone line to FIOS!!! I'm absolutely floored and can't believe the audacity of this major corporation. I purpose to write every entity that oversee corporations and complain until something changes. I spoke to twelve different representatives and got twelve different answers. This switch happened while I was at work and caused me to not have a dial tone on my home phone for over a week. I think we should all rally together and cause Verizon to go under. They suck!! read full review »
