About 4 months after I moved into a self storage unit at Extra space storage in LA I started having problems with them. When I went on line to pay the 5th month's bill, the charge was higher than it is supposed to be! The system would not take the correct payment, only the new fee, over 5% higher! I called the company and got the run around and basically told that their standard practice is to jack the rate every 5 or so months.
