ABI Fine Art of 3171 Kashiwa St., Torrance, California 90505-4041 has been practicing dishonest sales practices and cheating consumers for an extended period of time. I have been cheated and have been in contact with others with the same experience. ABI Art gathers up art objects on consignment, sells them, and then refuses to pay the owners the amount that was promised.
