I live in Northeast Kansas. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Steam Washer & Steam Dryer in March 2009 along with an extended warranty. During the July 4th 2010 weekend the washer began giving error codes and quit washing. Upon contacting the Sears Repair Service I was informed the earliest I could have a technician at my residence was over TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS. Beware if you are considering buying any type of Sears large appliance. This will be my LAST Sears purchase. A company's products are only as good as the service after the sale. read full review »
