I am very disappointed with L.L.Bean corporation. I truly like their products - but am very upset at the way they handle their potential credit card customers. They don't have the incentives (free shipping, free monograming, etc) for customers who pay their bills and credit cards off monthly, owe no one, etc... I applied for the L.L.Bean Visa Card but was turned down (of course, no one contacted me to tell me this, I had to call and e-mail quite a few times before I got any answers - after over two months).
