American Dial Tone is the worst company to have home phone service. You pay your bill online through their website and then they tell you the amount that you pay was incorrect so your services are being suspended. Are you serious. This company is so unorganized and retarded that I don't understand how they are staying in business. OH they are overchargeing people for their service.I guess even paying your bill onine according to what they say you owe is not the way to handle business.
