I just needed a simple front brake repair and an emissions problem resolved to keep my car going for a few more months. I explained this very clearly when I dropped the car off. They called me about five hours later with a laundry list of items that are wrong with the car, trying to sell me on additional repairs. Again, I explained that I just need the two things repaired.
