I contracted with Culligan several years ago to install and maintain a water softener in my rural office.The unit was installed, filled with salt, never worked.I have had Culligan out three times and each time they said the unit was working fine and they would come back soon to check on it.They never came back and the unit has never worked.I asked for my money back and they have so far not returned my money or offered to pay for my plumbing damaget.My pipes are clogged with calcium deposits and the softener does not even turn on. Do yourself a favor.Buy a unit at Sears, Home depot etc.Culligan is clearly a scam!Don't use them read full review »
