To cancel a membership is excruciatingly difficult. If you can't go there personally they ask to mail a letter. Which they then do not receive and charge you fees and for 2 more months more worth of service, even if you have not attended the gym for 1 year. In fine print it is written that your membership automatically renews every year. Terrible customer service. I was hung up on twice by an associate and a manager names KIM. Once again, terrible management, no understanding or appreciation for customers. read full review »
