I took my 4 week old puppy to Banfield, for her her puppy shots, and the showed me their brochure which convince me that I would be saving money on all the puppy shots. Shortly after the puppy contacted mange, and I took her to Banfield, and they gave her medication which they said is a discount price because of the plan( 55.00 ). That first treatment did not work, I had to take her back to them a second, third and fourth time, this is a chihuahua poor thing was scratching so much and so hard, imagine a 3.5 pound puppy.
