I have had cell phone service with AT&T for many years. Recently, I signed a two year contract for DSL. Before I did that I ordered a wireless card, that was not compatible with my computer. And I was on the phone with customer service for two days and a total of 5 hours to figure out that it wasnt compatible. I sent that card back and signed on for DSL.
