I received 2 checks from my grandparents. Both checks were from PNC bank. I went to the bank today to cash the checks which were written out to me. I had 2 forms of identification. I was told it would cost me $10 each to cash the checks from their own bank! $20.00 to cash my checks from my grandparents PNC accounts. Are you kidding me. They told me the only way to avoid the charges was to open an account. So I opened an account to avoid the $20 charge. Isn't this called EXTORTION????!!! read full review »
