I too have experience with all of the malfunctions and horror stories everyone is relating in their posts. My story is even sadder -- I DID receive notice of the Class Action suit -- did EVERYTHING I was supposed to - and GOT REJECTED. There is supposed to be an appeal to the decision (I thought) but probably too late. The other ridiculous component to this story - is there was no longer history in Sears records -- according to them my serial number is invalid.
