I worked in THE most abusive, racist, and dishonest Banfield there is...well actually there is probably more. I had to leave finally about 3 months ago after the DVM's repeatedly using the racist "N" word (referring to our clients) while our office manager (who also happens to be the head DVM's sister in law) would constantly steal money from the drawer and merchandise from PetSmart.
