after puchasing a samsung front load washer from sears, i have been without a washer for three weeks. after the last technician left, i called the service department to request that any parts required that would be shipped to my house would be sent by next day delivery and that my repair appointment also be changed to reflect the next day delivery date. the best solution offered was for me to call when the parts arrived and, at that time, the would try to reschedule. i have purchased a three year extended waurrantee because of past experience... read full review »
