I placed an order for a table costing me over $500. I never heard regarding shipping. I called 3 different times. Finally they told me it wasn't in stock and they would refund my money. To this day, it has not been refunded. Luckily I put it on my Amex. Amex will take care of it for me. Bad customer service. Hard to get through to a billing department. Very disappointed.
