This company is fraudulent in it's business practices. It has put into practice a loop which denies any attempt to escalate a problem. It continually transfers an individual from department to department. After talking with repair scheduling, then parts, then escalation they refused to handle issue and transferred me to service. I am currently on day 14 of this issue and have been on hold and speaking with different departments for 62 minutes. No one is taking responsibility and everyone is finger pointing. read full review »
