I have been a customer for years and I still cannot understand why they make so many simple mistakes. I always order a medium decaf Lite and sweet. A large percentage of the time they get it wrong. I am at the point I need to watch what pot they pour the decaf from. The last straw was I watched a young woman pour regular coffee instead of decaf, then told me she poured decaf and pushed the cup further to me while resting her hand on top of the register snapping here fingers waiting to be paid. Where are these employees trained? DD- Like the coffee, hate the service. Starbucks is overpriced but the never get the order wrong. read full review »
