I moved about 11 months ago and thought that I had transferred my AT&T Internet service over to my new address. However, yesterday I received a bill from a collection agency stating that I owned AT&T over a hundred dollars. After spending 2 hours trying to track down the issue, it turns out that instead of transferring my account (which they said they did) when I moved they cancelled it and issued me a new account.
