My father leased a vehicle through Drive Financial. He passed away in June of 08. I called and told them he passed away and I wanted to do the pay off when the death benefits cam through, but it wouldn't be until September. The lady I was dealing with said it was fine, just keep her updated. About 3 weeks later I received a call stating to pay the balance in 3 hours or the vehicle gets towed.
