This company calls me every five days I have retained an attorney to file bankruptcy. I called Santander to relinquish the vehicle and request that they pick it up. They told me they could not pick up the vehicle until I gave them a case #. I keep getting calls on my work and cell phones and I keep telling them the same thing and have given them my attorney info.
