This company is a joke. I should have known that when the first two questions the "Counselor" asked me was what race I was and did I have any hispanic background. What does that have to do with my financial difficulties? What does my race or lack of hispanic blood have to do with whether the change in my job/salary due to the downfall of the economy have to do with whether or not I need assistance with my mortgage?
