July 7, 2010. 5 day rental. my quote was $216.00 and Dollar charged me $302.00 because of this LWD $14.99 daily fee to waive responsibility. What a scam! Alfonzo did not explain that if we would be charged a daily fee to WAIVE anything. We did decline the insurance but it was not explained that we would pay to be relived of any vehicle responsibility...isn't that what insurance is after all?
