We have done business with Modern Art Jewelers. We can say with certainty that they lie, cheat, and steal. Haig Istambulion is especailly unethical. They do not honor any agreements that they make to you and we believe they have broken the law several times. I would be more specific about what they did to me, but I fear retaliation. There are plenty of good Jewlers in Rochester, but suggest staying away from these guys - no matter how much they try to spin themselves. read full review »
