On January 18, 2010 Direct tv came to our home to install our cable tv. Though there work was satisfactory I would have to say that their customer service was something not to be desired. I told one of the service technicians to knock or ring the door bell prior to entering the house. He disregarded my wishes and continued to come in without knocking.
