My wife fell down our steps and cracked her left upper rib because the driver knocked on the door then left. He didn't wait until she came to the door. Instead of waiting for her to come to the door and hand her the package, he left the package on the upper step and was in his truck before my wife could reach the door. When she reached down to pick up the package, she fell forward and hit the left railing on our steps. At the very least, UPS should be responsible for her pain and suffering and have an executive apology from the company. read full review »
