I signed up with USMS for credit card processing. The representative, who approched me spoke of transaction fees, benefits, a three year contract, monthly fees. He did not tell me that he was representing two different companies: US Merchants Systems and Lease Finance Group. He did not tell me that the contracts were automatically renewed for one year and that the Lease Finance Group was Non-cancellable. I thought I was dealing with one company.
