I am mortified that I let myself be taken in by these "people". The company I did business with was disreputable & I used "care credit". I had the entire amount in dispute. Needless to say even though they told me that I would not be assessed fees & charges, they went right ahead & charged me. The collections people in India never got the memo that the amount was in dispute. Even though I talked to customer service in U.S. & was assured it would be taken care of, IT NEVER WAS.
