At one point in time, I felt like a valued customer at this particular salon, but not recently. I became a faithful customer with a particual stylist at the Supercuts on Volvo Parkway, who was always nice to me. She made me feel as if my time and needs mattered. Unfortunatly, I learned that she no longer works there, but decided to continue to use the salon anyway. BIG MISTAKE.
