I spent, in all almost 2000 dollars on a Serta Mattress and accessories. From the first night I selpt on it I realized something was seriously wrong with the mattress. I felt like I was trying sleep on the side of a hill. It sags to one side and has a large lump in the middle of the mattress. I have exhausted all efforts to get them to honor their warranty. I have heard nothing from them. They don't respond to my e-mails or letters and have not called except one time when they gave me a complaint number code. Nothing since.
