Three years ago I buy washer, dryer, and a refrigerator.with master protection plan.sadly I had to call repair center three times .All the times they schedule a week later for a beginning .when my washing machine needs to part, it took 2 weeks for them to come.I am tired of waiting. finally at the last time they cancel my appointment by them self, without my permission.I waited all day that day.Is this just me, or are the things go like this .
