I went to Kohls and made my charge card payment on May 1st, 2010. I didn't realize that somehow my check number had been read incorrectly. since they turn everything into ACH, this led to the check being taken out of my account twice. i have faxed them copies of my account records, the check involved. it STILL has not been corrected. just got another email from them this morning, saying it could take up to another 60 days. so i am, and have been out $100, plus interest until they decide to take care of it. So don't expect great things from kohls. read full review »
