Responding to *Special Invitation* - Survey Code 1002-20011-18031. Took Boss to lunch at Cheesecake Factory in Palm Desert, Ca. Made lunch of several appetizers. Excellent small pizzas! O.K. Boston salad. So-So clam chowder. We never received the house bread after asking a couple of times. Ordered coffee, but no offers of seconds. Received salad within 20 minutes, but took 1 1/2 hours for hot items. Was a long time for luncheon!
